Our Governors
Welcome to our website.
The role of the governing body is to ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction for the school, to hold the headteacher to account for the performance of the school and its pupils and to oversee the financial performance of the school, making sure that its money is well spent. It is a role which we take very seriously.
You will find information about us from our personal profiles. We are elected either by the staff of the school, the parents, the local authority, the Southwark Diocesan Board of Education and the Parochial Church Council of All Saints Church. We each bring different skills and experiences. Our aim is to use these to challenge and support the staff through our link governor roles and our decision making .We are proud of the school and its achievements and recognise and value the support of parents and the outstanding work of the PTA.
From September 1st 2017 we became part of the Southwark Diocesan Multi Academy Trust.
Their vision for all of the schools in the Trust is to establish a culture and context in which the schools can grow and flourish and provide an excellent education with Christian values at its heart. They will seek to enable all children in their schools to realise their God given potential, aspire to exceed their expectations and build a Christ centred community. The governors of All Saints School share these values.
To quote the mission statement to which the governors contributed " We are committed to providing an outstanding education within our Christian community, where all are valued as individuals and given every opportunity to fullfill their potential."
We hope you enjoy what you see.
