Reception Admissions 2018
Thank you for considering All Saints Carshalton Church of England Primary School for your child’s education.
Children born between 01 September 2013 and 31 August 2014 are now eligible to apply for a primary school place.

Here at All Saints Carshalton we are very proud of our school and everyone in it. Our strong Christian ethos is embedded in the life and learning of the school and it is reflected in the values the children develop. We are a Multi Academy Trust school for children between 3 to 11 years, having close links with Carshalton All Saints Church and other local churches. We are a very happy school and if you are considering us for your child we would be very pleased to give you the opportunity to look around the classes and all our facilities.
This year our open days will be on:
Wednesday 15 November 2017 - 915-10.15am
Thursday 16 November 2017 - 2.00-3.00pm

The open days take place during the school’s normal working day as this is the best way for us to give you a feel for the happy environment children work in. However, it does also mean that we are not able to cater for your children and would respectfully ask that on this occasion you make other arrangements for them.
At All Saints we have 60 places available for reception intake. These are split into 80% Foundation places and 20% Open places:
Foundation places are for children whose parents are members of a church. If you are applying for a Foundation Place please read our Admission Policy very carefully. Criteria 3, 4, 5 and 6 all relate to church attendance.
If you decide to apply for a Foundation place you must complete our Supplementary Form. This needs to be returned to the school by no later than the 15 January 2018. Any application forms received after this date will be marked as late and may affect your application.
PLEASE NOTE: Your Foundation application cannot be considered unless you have submitted both the London Borough of Sutton (LBS), Common Application Form (CAF) and the Supplementary Application form for All Saints Carshalton Church of England Primary School by the closing date of 15 January 2018.
It is important that you complete the supplementary form accurately and supply us with full details of the postal and email addresses for your minister. Lack of information can result in delay and may affect your application. We would urge you to talk to your minister and let them know that you have applied for a place at All Saints and that we will be contacting them directly.
Open place are available to anyone who does not qualify for a Foundation place. Parents applying for an Open place should be aware of the school’s aims to provide an education based on Christian principles.
If you decide to apply for an Open place you do not need to fill out our Supplementary Form, however, you must complete the London Borough of Sutton (LBS), Common Application Form (CAF) by the closing date of 15 January 2018.

This year the online application process opened on 01 September 2017 and the closing date for applications is the 15 January 2018.
National Offer Day will be 18 April 2018.

All children will be admitted to school full time. Any exceptions to this can be discussed with the Headteacher and if necessary arrangements made that will best suit the needs of the individual child.
Parents who are unsuccessful in obtaining a place at the school and would like to appeal, should obtain an appeal form from the Admissions Officer, via the school office. The completed form should be rerturned to the school no later than 20 school days after National Offer Day.
